Gnarabup, South West
Gnarabup is a beachside area in the town of Prevelly Park, Western Australia. It is also situated near the Margaret River, in the South West region of the state.
The stretch of white sand in Gnarabup is popular holiday destination in the area, ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Fishing enthusiasts also head out to Gnarabup to indulge in their favorite pastime. Boats can also be hired for those wishing to experience a day of deep sea fishing.

Another establishment also produces an alcoholic beverage of another kind. The Bootleg Brewery is located along Pusey Road and produces several varieties of beers. The brewery also features a restaurant that serves delicious meals made out of the freshest ingredients. It also offers pastries for children and adults with sweet tooth.
Gnarabup is also an excellent starting point for those wishing to explore the nearby caves. Mammoth Cave, located along Caves Road, was discovered in 1900 and contained numerous fossils of extinct animals. On the other hand, the Lake Cave was discovered much earlier, around 1867. It is considered one of the most beautiful caves to explore, with its interesting mineral formations. Guided tours are offered in both caves, allowing visitors to explore and know more about these interesting land formations.
Also located along Caves Road is CaveWorks, a center which promotes knowledge on caves in the area. There are several interactive displays within the premises that ensures hours of fun for the whole family. The center also features pictures, fossil exhibits, and a cave model.
Also located near Gnarabup is the Sunflowers Animal Farm, which allows visitors to hand-feed some of its animals, including bottle-feeding the young ones. Open all days of the week, the farm is also an ideal destination for the whole family. Situated along the Caves Road, it keeps a large number of animal species, including domesticated ones as well as those found only in the wild.
However, for those really wishing to experience the real outdoors, the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park is their ideal destination. This extensive national park allows opportunities for bush-walking, animal viewing, and bird watching. The park also features secluded beaches that are excellent for swimming and snorkeling.
