Accommodations available for guests are 25 self contained villas spread across the lush landscaped property. Villa choices are either Deluxe, Garden and Premium. All villas have two bedrooms containing a queen bed and twin beds, and a two-way bathroom except for the Deluxe villa which has two separate bathrooms. Facilities and villa features include air conditioning, queen bed, ceiling fans, a well-equipped kitchenette, laundry facilities, television, DVD player and coffee or tea making facilities. Villas are service weekly and extra bedding can be requested at a cost.

In addition to the mentioned facilities, The Hastings has a fax equipment and phones with direct line available for guests travelling on business. The Hastings is also the perfect getaway spot for families with children. Aside from Noosa's water attraction, The Hastings have their own heated adult and wading pool perfect for refreshing swims in any kind of climate.
