The Gold Coast Broadwater is a shallow estuary found in the eastern end of Australia. It used to be a lagoon created by the water from the Nerang River. It is separated from the Pacific Ocean by Stradbroke Island, and the water empties out into the ocean via the Gold Coast Seaway and the new Jumpinpin.

The Broadwater stretches out from the suburb of Southport and ends north in the southern part of Moreton Bay.
