The Gold Coast has a very ideal weather conditions. The area receives an average of 245 days of sun and fine weather each year, with temperatures averaging in the 20's all year round. All these National Parks lead to the amazing rainforests and the most beautiful natural attractions in the state. A recent local landmark is the Q1 Building which is also a very famous destination in the area. It has an observation deck located at level 77 which is the highest in Queensland and offers the most beautiful expansive views of the region in all directions.
