Just a kilometer walk from Brisbane CBD is the beautiful suburb of Spring Hill. One of the oldest residential neighborhoods in Brisbane, Queensland and catering to the needs of just over 6000 people, Spring Hill boasts of many old structures dating from the nineteenth century although some of these were demolished recently and replaced by modern swanky buildings. Trams used to be the center of attraction in Spring Hill till 1969, when buses took over as chief mode of transportation.
