The park is located at 37 James Paterson Street, just 5 minutes away from the village of Anna Bay where you can find several retail stores and a family-oriented tavern. A public beach is also right next door to Birubi Beach Holiday Park.

One of the main features of the Birubi Beach Holiday Park property is the landscaped swimming pool. The property also has a playground and a mini-golf course. For campers, the property has a camp kitchen and a camping sink for common use. Children's facilities as well as facilities for barbeque can be found inside the property. All indoor locations in Holiday Park are non-smoking. If you wish to book tours, the property has a tour desk to do that job for guests.
