Thirroul is located in the plains of Illawarra. It is a suburb in the northern coast of Wollongong, Australia. The place is situated between Bulli and Austimer, approximately 13 kilometers north of Wollongong and 69 kilometers south of Sydney. It is between Pacific Ocean and part of Illawarra escarpment known as Lady Fuller Park. Lady Fuller Park is the neighboring Bulli Pass picturesque reserve. The escarpment is wealthy of different kinds of birdlife.
