Central Coast has numerous attractions to keep you hooked to the place for a very long time. Hear are a few of them:

Nature has bestowed Central Coast with abundance of beauty. Blackdown Tableland National Park at Dingo protects a sandstone plateau rising 600 meters above Central Coast’s flat plains. The beautiful Broadwater Conservation Park at Rules Beach is nestled on the Coral Coast between Baffle and Deepwater creeks, and offers a quiet retreat for self-sufficient campers. Byfield National Park and Byfield Conservation Park stretches over 15,000 hectares and boasts of outstanding scenery, massive parabolic sand dunes, rugged granite pinnacles, and remote coastal camping opportunities. More than 604 meters above the sea level, Mount Archer provides a picturesque backdrop to Rockhampton.

For family fun, you can look forward to The Archer Park Railway Station Museum at Rockhampton, which contains several exhibitions associated with railways and the Rockhampton Council Tramways. While in Central Coast , you just can’t miss out an opportunity to enjoy 1770 LARC Tours on a pink army LARC, an amphibious craft that will take you for a ride across deserted sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and pristine estuaries. The 1770 Liquid Adventures is a great family destination to enjoy paddling your way through the pristine 1770 waterway and headlands. Let your family feed friendly Koalas, Kangaroos, Wallabies, and water birds at Cooberrie Park Wildlife Sanctuary at Yeppoon.

Capricorn Coast Trail Rides, Keppel Bay Marina, Lady Elliot Island, and Mig Jet Adventures are some of the other activities and places you can look forward to fun-filled times.

Cania Gorge Bush Adventures is a nice getaway from the hustle-bustle of the city life. Enjoy the wilderness and natural beauty of inland Australia. On the similar lines, we have Capella Pioneer Village complex on the Gregory Highway at Capella, which has the 1869 ‘Peak Downs’ Homestead, the largest restored station homestead of its kind in Australia.
